Do you ever feel like your crochet projects take way longer than you want them to?  I am on vest number 2 and even though I have a good start, I have a long way to go.  Here is a sneak peak on the pattern.

IMG_4232Did I ever mention that I love lace crochet?

So, I have been doing a TON of crochet projects for my craft challenge blog DIY Twisted Sisters.  For some reason every time I challenge my sister or she challenges me on a new craft or DIY project my mind automatically switches to crochet.  Not all the challenges have been done with hook and yarn, but there have been a few…

The coffee cup cozy challenge was quick and easy, plus it gave me a chance to use up some of my scrap yarn.

I gotta say, I was intimidated when my sister challenged me to make a rug.  This was way easier and more fun than I expected!  Voting is still on for another day, click here or on the photo below to vote for your favorite rug.

Last day to vote is Tuesday, then we are on to the next challenge…

Last week I challenged my sister to make a fiber statement necklace.  This is what I have so far, you can read about how I made the pieces here.  Wednesday starts voting, so don’t forget to check us out and vote for your favorite necklace.

Hope everyone is having a great start to the week.  Until next time, Happy Crocheting!
