The weather report is calling for 5 – 8 inches of snow by the end of the week. It is enough to make me want to roar like a lion instead of bah like a lamb. So, I thought, this week I would share some springtime crochet, and hope that the weather people are wrong. These photos are mostly flowers, but there are some other surprises in there too. I plan on thinking Spring, even if the weather isn’t cooperating.
This Butterfly clip is a fun springtime accessory. Especially because winter hats are not a necessity!
I love big earrings! And warmer weather means bright, fun colors that will brighten up even the palest of winter skin tones.
Flowers that come in all shapes in sizes are so versatile. Turn them into pins, clips, jewelry or patches. And what better time to show them off than when everything is starting to bloom?
These 3 and 4 inch flowers would make great knee and/or elbow appliqués, don’t you think?
These are wooden cut-outs that I painted in bright colors. They would look great on a hair clip, or even used as a button.
What are you crocheting to get ready for the warmer weather? I’d love to hear what Springtime projects are on your to do lists!
Happy Crocheting!
