My daughter is turning four this week and for the past six months we have been turning her “baby room” into a “big girl room”.  I started with painting the walls, which were a neutral (meaning, we didn’t know her sex before she was born) light brown.

Little by little, we replaced her convertible crib-to-day bed with a junior loft,

This was a simple project.  I first created a cord by loom knitting four pegs of worsted weight yarn.  Using the yarn, I spelled out the inspirational word Imagine, and sewed it onto the burlap.  I used a few flowers that I had in my crochet stash to embellish it, and wallah!  Hope you like this idea!

Happy Crocheting!
