Happy Tuesday!  As I have mentioned in a previous blog, I have a craft fair coming up in a few weeks.  This is the first craft fair I have done this year; it is for my daughter’s school, so I am focusing on crochet accessories for kids.  Some of the items you have seen, like the colorful headband and cowl set.

Here is my adult version.

I have made A LOT of cowls and headbands.  They are fairly simple to make and reasonably priced, plus they are great Fall weather wear.

I did want to offer something simple that a kid can buy for his/her teacher or parent.  I liked the idea of crochet succulents, but as I got going I opted for making a crochet poinsettia instead.  I started off viewing this video tutorial for a basis on how to make it.  I then adjusted to fit what I wanted.  Here is my info.

What do you think?  Do you like this project?  Have you ever done a craft fair, any tips?  I’d love to hear your feedback, until next time, Happy Crocheting!
